Josephine will guide you through a 90 minute led class rich with
instruction and demonstration. She will weave drishti (sight) and
breathe together into the poses. These classes use easy positions to
enable anyone to experience the joy of a continuous flowing practice.
All classes will culminate with a generous and soothing guided yoga
nidra meditation.
Her classes are suitable for any body type or level of practice. She
works with sequences created with compassion and care. Gently
invigorating yet deeply calm her classes always leave the participants
with a smile.
Josephine has been fortunate to have learned Hatha Yoga with Acharya V
Venkatesh and her partner Noah Mckenna.
