Nandesh, born in a farmer family background in Hassan Dist. In the year 2006, he was suffering from Ulcer. He tried many Allopathic Medicines which didn’t help him and later on hospitalized for Ayurveda medicine along with yoga Practice for three years. As Yoga was improving his Health Condition, it made him study more about yoga. Later that year he completed PG Diploma in yoga from the University of Mysore, YIC from S-VYASA Yoga University-Bangalore, YTTC & AVTC courses done from MV Yogas , Mysore. He cleared YOGA TEACHER with ‘A’ grade from National Skill Qualification Frame work and also Yoga national Referee from Yoga Federation of INDIA. He was awarded as the Best Yoga Teacher from Mysore yoga Sports Association and Yoga Bhooshana from Mysore Yoga Association and Himalaya Foundation. He taught Yoga in many corporate companies like Infosys, Skanray , RMP ext. He also worked in Beijing and Changsha City, China.
